We wish to give early career researchers (PhD students and postdocs) the possibility to present their work. In the form below, you therefore have the possibility of applying to give a short (30 min) contributed talk. Note that the data you enter here can be edited after registration, so that you may add more details (e.g. abstract or more precise title) about your proposed talk later on. We will review the proposed contributed talks and, depending on numbers, will make a selection. We will attempt to include as many as is reasonably possible within our schedule. The deadline to apply to give a contributed talk is 1st February, 2026.
We only have enough funding to cover for our invited speakers, so that we unfortunately cannot provide funding to the other participants. This also applies to those participants who give a contributed talk.
Except for our invited speakers, we ask all participants to take care of hotel reservations themselves. A list of suitable hotels can be found under Local Info on the left.
